2. Service Description

WorkAide PM is a project management platform that provides AI-enhanced tools for project planning, task management, and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Services

Our AI features require you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services. You are responsible for all costs associated with your AI usage.

5. Trial Period

New users receive a 3-day trial period with limited AI message credits. After the trial, you must provide your own AI API keys to continue using AI features.

6. Data and Privacy

Your project data remains yours. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkAide PM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
